About Albilad Real Estate

Albilad Real Estate is currently developing a multimillion dollar mixed use real estate development in a prime location in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Seef District. The project reclamation has been scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2010.

The new development will be called Water Garden City which is an integrated community that is predominately residential with a range of services that include leisure facilities, retail and commercial offices.

The three separate precincts of Water Garden City offer residents different lifestyles and are identified by themed signage, landscaping, building materials and styles. These distinct but linked precincts are a dynamic blend of residential, commercial, retail and leisure activities.

Each of the precincts is further divided into three, creating a total of nine neighbourhoods, each with their own distinct appeal and key features.
